Born October 17, 1933 and passed on January 19, 2023 at Prince William Hospital, Manassas Va. She is preceded in death by her parents William Thomas Collins and Ellen Florella Collins, brothers William Thomas Collins, Gerald Collins, sister Patricia McCauley, daughter Claudia Collins Harris and grandson Christopher Collins.
She is survived by her sons Thomas Shifflett, Barry Shifflett, Kenneth Shifflet, Merrill Shifflett, Patrick Shifflett, and daughters Martha Brooks and Jessee Shifflett. She had 5 grandchildren, 12 great grand children and 5 great great grandchildren.
