I didn't know Mrs. Huff well but ,I know her son Kenny very well .And I've meant her daughter Kriss. That tells me she must of been a wonderful lady. plus my Uncle Smitty talked very highly of her. I do know she loved the Lord and liked working puzzles, something we both had in common. She is now gone on home to a place where there is no more suffering or pain. to be with her loved ones that went before her. The scriptures say,To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord ,I pray all will take comfort in that.love and prayers for the family.

My Grandma was an amazing, beautiful woman. She was kind, loving, a true Angel. She raised 7 amazing children. And helped raise many Grandchildren. She touched so many lives and our hearts are breaking but she lived a long, wonderful life with Our Sailor and family. Now she is with Pap Pap and I bet, couldn't be happier! I love you Grandma and will miss you every day!

Aunt Joan was a very special lady with a beautiful smile and a wonderful laugh. She was always concerned for others. I have special memories of her when I was younger, she was the first woman I knew that could drive a car. I was so impressed by this. I remember her helping with our family when her sister, my mom, was sick. She loved her Elwood, her family and especially her grandkids. She was a devout Catholic who loved God and prayed for many, including me. Aunt Joan never forgot our Declan and sent many notes and made many donations to Journey4ACure. She had a heart of hold and will be missed. Love you Aunt Joan.

Saint Joan as I often called you because you were the closest to a Saint that I would ever meet. You were kind hearted, thoughtful, respectful to all a loving Mother, Grand Mother, Sister, Aunt and a friend to all. You never missed sending a birthday card the cards always arrived on the exact day. Not sure how you managed that with the Post Office but you did. You are forever in our hearts and memories. Be at peace now that you have rejoined Elwood resting in the eternal Glory of God.
